Although I endeavour to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data as transmitted to my site. Any transmission of data is at your own risk. Once I receive your personal data, I will use appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access.

I do not require you to provide personal information unless you wish to avail of features or services on this website. Where you do send me data it will be used for the stated purpose and any other reasonable purposes only. I do not share or sell your personal information to third parties for purposes of allowing them to market products and services to you.

When you access this website via a browser or search engine no personal information is revealed to us, although certain statistical information is available to us via our internet service provider. This information may include the IP and address of the server you are using, the top-level domain name from which you access the internet (for example .ie, .com, etc.), the type of browser you are using, the date and time you access our site and the internet address linking to our site.

You may send us information via this website, such as through the “contact us” page or any other area where you may send e-mails, ask us to contact you or provide feedback. By choosing to participate in these, you may need to provide us with some personal data such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, I will also hold details of the services I provide to you. If you purchase a service or product from me your card information is not held by me, it is collected by third party payment processors who specialise in secure online capture and processing of debit/credit card transaction.

Why I need to collect your data.

I need to know your basic personal data so that I can provide you with information and updates on the services that you have requested or expressed your interest in. It will also be used to send you invoices or receipts for services that you have received.

What I do with your data.

Your data is processed by my staff in Ireland and for the purposes of IT hosting this information is hosted on wix.com servers, Wix are a GDPR Compliant company. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Any data held in connection with sale or purchase of a service or product will be held for 6 years as per Irish Tax Laws, All data held for marketing purposes will be held until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information.
 

What are your rights?

You have the right to access any personal data I hold for you. If at any point you believe the information I process on you is incorrect you can request to see it and have it corrected or deleted.

You have the right to complain. If you wish to raise a complaint on how I have handled your personal data you can contact me to have the matter investigated. If you are not satisfied with my response or believe I am not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to The Office of Data Protection.
